You will work closely with all APAC business units to analyse, propose, design and implement FI and CO solutions that are scalable and flexible in catering for business’ growing analytical needs.Job Description
- Responsible for leading overall process Finance Accounting and Controlling across APAC organisation
- Lead a team of FICO Support professionals to manage cross-functional/technical/process issue resolution
- To gather requirements with business stakeholders and determine business needs accurately
- Develop the solution architecture that aligns with the IT Strategy roadmap for SAP
- Provide solution expertise to support the functional and technical design/change in system
- Collaborate with IT and business unit resources to understand business requirements and ensure the successful creation of reports.
- Involve in driving project management practices and governance
Salary Range: SGD 8,300 - 9,100Expires on 12 Jun 2024Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent education
- At least 8 years SAP FI/CO experience
- Experienced in leading and managing the SAP support team/contractors
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is an added advantage
- Demonstrates thorough abilities to interact with end users to understand and document business and functional requirements
- Ability to work well in a team environment and develop working relationships with IT functional areas
- Good analytical, written, presentation and communication skills

SAP Project Manager (2 Years Contract)

Contract PositionIn view of business expansion, our esteemed client is seeking a SAP Project Manager (2 Years Contract) to be the overall driver for the development, planning, managing and tracking of IT/SAP projects’ activities.Job Description
- Ensure that all projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans with the relevant stakeholders and ensure timely execution of the risk mitigation plans.
- Develop standard IT project management methodologies to enable adoption of the IT governance framework
- Handle project related matters e.g. status reports, dashboards issues/risks registers, KPI monitoring, and ensure it complies with the company’s internal policies and guidelines.
- Plan and manage different parts of the design and build process, and bring the dependencies of the total solution together
- Work with PMO to ensure projects execution follows and adhere to project delivery methodology
- Periodic review contracts, project procurement request and contractual invoices.
- Responsible for user documentation, user training and post-implementation maintenance & support
Salary Range: SGD 8,300 - 10,000Expires on 09 Jun 2024Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent
- At least 8 years of SAP Project Management experience
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is an added advantage
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership team and collaborate all levels
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
