Job Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's presence across regional markets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the electronics, technology and industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key OEMs, ODMs and manufacturing partners.
- Drive commercial growth through strategic account development and new customer acquisition.
- Work closely with international stakeholders to identify market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, preferably Electrical & Electronics.
- Strong business development or technical sales experience in steel, aluminium, metal components, extrusion, CNC machining or related manufacturing industries.
- Established network within the electronics and technology manufacturing ecosystem.
- Experience managing regional customers or business development activities across Asia.
- Previous experience working in China or collaborating closely with China-based stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
