Manager - Business System Analyst

- Understand the requirements of different departments like Banking, Finance, and Operations to create clear specifications.
- Develop solutions, test them, and help users during testing before putting them into use.
- Coordinate with the main office or external vendors as needed for projects or issues.
- Make improvements to the system, manage changes, and ensure they are implemented smoothly and on time.
Salary Range: SGD 6,000 - 8,000Expires on 24 Jun 2024Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
- 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis and software development, preferably in banking or finance sector.
- Demonstrated good coding skills and practices.
- Positive attitude, ability to work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with banking and data warehouse projects is a plus.
- Able to work independently but also in a team.
- Knowledge or experience in .Net Development, Python Development, Microsoft BI solutions, or data management is advantageous.

Permanent PositionAn established company is looking for a IT Business Analyst to join their digital team! Working together as a team to transform business IT capabilities and facilitate digital innovation, exploration and adoption of new technologies.Job Description
- Work closely with business users and vendors to analyse and define business specifications, and baseline the functional requirements after user review. This includes the end to end process from requirements gathering, POC, solution analysis, testing till delivery.
- Map business process and identify business improvement opportunities, and develop business cases with the use of sustainable and cost effective IT solutions.
- Embrace new technologies and dive deep for successful adoption.
- Bring value to business users by providing recommendation on best practices in exploiting appropriate technology, improvement of work processes, facilitating and supporting business users’ change management process and influencing their alignment with the business vision.
- Provide support to daily operational needs and resolve issues when required.

- Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.

- Team player, self-motivated, self-starter, keen and a quick learner
- Excellent problem solving, analytical skill
