- Maintain and expand existing accounts while also establishing new ones through strategic planning and organization of daily work schedules.
- Provide effective technical support to customers, offering product recommendations, technical advice, and training sessions, as well as assisting with field trials and cost-saving analyses.
- Keep management informed by submitting regular activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandizing techniques.
- Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge by reviewing relevant publications and establishing personal networks.
- Address customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and providing reports and recommendations to management.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key industrial customers while actively seeking out new accounts to expand market reach.
- Conduct visits to target customers to promote products and relay feedback to business and suppliers regarding customer responses and activities.
- Manage project pipeline using CRM tools to drive new business opportunities and ensure commercial success.
- Forecast sales to facilitate operations planning, introduce product innovations, and maintain active memberships.

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Food Science or other relevant education.
- Dairy/Meat technical experience would be an advantage.
- Progressive experience in technical sales / commercial roles.
