Permanent PositionThe role reports to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, APAC, with responsibilities including compiling and analyzing management reports for the weekly cash flow report, regional month-end consolidation close process, and other financial reporting tasks.Job Description
- Support the month-end consolidation close process for Best Estimates and Actuals, involving tasks such as data loading and validation, posting consolidation journals, and preparing management reports.
- Review country inputs, including addressing queries on missing information and significant variances during the close process.
- Compile and analyze management reports for the weekly cash flow report.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and the annual budgeting exercise.
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
Salary Range: SGD 4,700 - 5,000Expires on 25 Jun 2024Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business disciplines.
- 2 years of relevant experience with an accounting diploma/degree/ACCA.
- Meticulous nature and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Preferred experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of Lucernex, HFM, and Hyperion (Essbase) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Senior Assistant Manager, Finance

Permanent PositionOur client is looking for Senior Assistant Manager, Finance to handle reporting responsibilities for the Company and its associated companies.Job Description
- Oversee the entire accounting process for two subsidiaries of the organisation , including month-end closing, monthly reconciliation preparation, year-end statutory audits, and tax filings.
Aid in grant claims and audits. - Compile quarterly statistics surveys and other related surveys.
- Create management reports.
- Support in preparing schedules for statutory audits.
- Provide administrative support for the Audit Committee.
- Participate in process and system improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: SGD 5,000 - 5,500Expires on 25 May 2024Requirements
- Hold a degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- Preferably possess 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting; entry-level candidates may also be considered.
- Proficient in GL and Financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is an added advantage.
- With preference of experience in Education industry
