Senior Project Manager - Application

Permanent PositionOur client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team & be responsible for the IT application project deliveries.Job Description
- Drive the IT project lifecycle, including project budgeting, resource planning, documentations, etc
- Responsible for the end to end software development projects including plan, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation, etc
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver the product in an Agile approach.
- Participate in the preparation and review of project functional and technical specifications as well as tender evaluations
Salary Range: SGD 7,500 - 9,000Expires on 15 Jul 2024Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 7-8 years of IT Project Management in software application projects, Certifications in PMP or equivalent is preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools (Agile, Lean, Scrum etc.)
- Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. The ability to understand the business questions that users are trying to answer is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable to work with different teams/stakeholders.

- Direct the day-to-day administration of the Application Group.
- Communicate with key users and understand business or system requirement
- Take up and lead project team in the functional design and detailed specifications as and when assigned
- Project coordination with external vendors
- Data extraction from the system for reporting needs
- Develop reports to meet business needs
- Develop scripts/programs to enhance the effectiveness of applications and databases
- Maintain or update the company intranet

- Collaborate closely with the application development manager, project manager, solution architect, application support team, and external technology partners to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
